A Porn Site About IKEA Furniture Is Explicitly Ridiculous
Jul 10, 5:00AM
Hahaha. Yes. Hahaha. This is perfectly ridiculous in every single way. The video thumbnails of IKEA's Malm bed. The suggestive captions that use porny tag words like 'blonde', 'twins', 'hammered' and more. The ridiculous amount of views that each 'video' has. The live webcam. The skeevy black background. It's a fantastic parody of a porn website if you replaced every single porn reference with just a link to IKEA's Malm bed.

Jul 10, 4:00AM
Equal parts Space Oddity and Steve Zissou, this fantastic animated short by Professor Soap (aka Ryan Mauskopf) follows an intrepid interplanetary adventurer as he grooves his way across the galaxy, traversing asteroid fields and popping through interdimensional time/space membranes. Eat your heart out, Chris Bosh.
Reading Hilarious Amazon Reviews Never Ever Gets Old
Jul 10, 3:00AM
Amazon—more than Wikipedia, more than Google, more than porn (okay maybe not more than porn)—might be the reason why the Internet exists. It makes your life easier, it makes you go out less, it makes you spend more money, it makes you waste time, it makes you trust random people's reviews on the Internet. And it sometimes makes you laugh your head off when you see hilarious fake Amazon reviews.
How Dogs Become Awesome Bomb Sniffing Dogs
Jul 10, 2:00AM
Because my imagination is trapped within the confines of my human pea brain, I always giggle to myself when I see dogs sniff anything and everything they run into. But dogs have 50 times more olfactory cells than we do! Of course they would put it to good use. And of course our human pea brains would put a dog's nose to good use in finding bombs. How do we train man's best friends to find explosives?
The Most Dangerous Ways to Open a Bottle of Wine
Jul 10, 1:00AM
It's intentionally obnoxious but this video goes through all the ridiculously dangerous ways a person can open a bottle of wine. I'm talking about chainsaws, guns, rockets, blow torches, swords and more. I think my personal favorite is cracking open a bottle with the torch. Followed closely by chainsaw. The Next LG Optimus G2 Actually Looks A Lot Like the Next Nexus 4
Jul 10, 12:01AM
Though it may seem like LG is forgotten in a world of S's and Ones, LG actually made the very great Nexus 4 and the super fast LG Optimus G Pro. So in making the upcoming Optimus G2, LG seems to have combined both phones. Taking the namesake of the Optimus G, the G2 looks to be a lot curvier like the Nexus 4. Let's hope it doesn't get in its own way with its software.
Twist Up a Spiral Dog With the Cyclone Weiner Slicer
Jul 09, 11:00PM
Tornado hot dogs are the biggest thing since spiral cut ham on sliced bread. By carving a groove into the link around a meaty central core, the dog not only cooks faster with crispy edges but it also holds more condiments and prevents them from slopping out with each bite. The Cyclone hot dog slicer prepares these twisty franks without the need for a common kitchen knife. Because, I mean really, who keeps those lying around?

Jul 09, 10:31PM
Google announced today on the Gmail blog that it's bringing back the ability to make phone calls from Gmail, and added the capability to Hangouts and Google+. Like Hangout, phone calls will have Google Effects like applause and laughter (though we're not sure how it will implement party hats or beards), and sessions can include multiple phone and video participants.
What Is Your Favorite Android Launcher?
Jul 09, 10:20PM
The most hardcorest of Android users will root their phones and start from scratch with new ROMs. But, uh, that's more complicated than what the average user wants to go through just to squeeze slightly better performance out of their phone. Luckily, there is an easier way!

Seedbot Makes Your Lawn Lush Without a Lick of Gardening
Jul 09, 9:44PM
In some neighborhoods a lush green lawn is as much a status symbol the house it's in front of. It demonstrates the homeowner's hard work and dedication to maintaining every last blade of grass. And that's what makes the Seedbot even more awesome: It's a simpler shortcut to all that praise and adoration from the neighborhood association.

A new exhibit dedicated to the work of Nikola Tesla opens tomorrow at the New York Hall of Science in Queens. Called Tesla's Wonderful World of Electricity, this homage to the late inventor was assembled with help from the Nikola Tesla Museum in Belgrade, Serbia. Why tomorrow? Because July 10th is Tesla's birthday, and is also deemed "Nikola Tesla Day" by the Nikola Tesla Memorial Society.
Dropbox Just Changed Everything About How You Use Apps
Jul 09, 8:10PM
Way back when, Steve Jobs told Dropbox that it was a feature, not a product. Which was enough at the time. Except now, Dropbox's reach stretches wide enough, and its influence is great enough, that it just leveled up. It's not just syncing your files and folders anymore. It's trying to sync literally everything on your phone, tablet, and computer. Game saves, settings, contacts, notes—all of it, and on any phone or tablet you have.

GoPro Proves That Fetch Is Way Less Fun When You're the Stick
Jul 09, 7:45PM
Dogs and GoPro cameras are a perfect match, but for all the footage we've seen of our furry friends cavorting and chasing twigs, we've never actually seen things from the stick's perspective. And it turns out, it doesn't actually look too fun.
3D-Printing Liquid Metal Could Make the T-1000 Terminator a Reality
Jul 09, 7:08PM
If 3D printing is truly going to revolutionize how we produce everything from cars, to computers, to weapons, it's going to have to move past the current limitations of plastic as a printing material. And what better place to start than a next-generation 3D printer that extrudes liquid metal?
